[Resolved]  Cmc Vellore — surgery department of cardiology

Patients name krishnapada sutradhar, hospitsl No 875196f. I Am felling help less in hospital dr and also some nurse. Because Surgery dr( i Dont no his name) told Me, my surgery date was 10 or 11 june 2014. But today dr was told me my surgery date was not conf.. But why?? What is this?? We Are belong poor family, so if any one please help me.
