Cnbc Awaaz — changing plan of my tata sky without taking consent of mine

Dear sir
I am jitendra kumar dash a customer of tata sky my customer number is [protected]. I was enjoying plan of rs547p. M[protected]. I recharged my tata sky for rs600.00 on around (20-25) february 2019 but the company enhanced my plan to rs800.00 without taking my consent which is unethical wrongful business practice and not expected from tata group of company, hence i request you to investigate the matter and resolved the issue. I would also like to draw attention of respected ratan tata that some employees are bringing bad reputation to tata brand by such bad service and wrongful business practice.
