Cnbc Awaaz — flipkart refused to process product after purchase | |||||
I purchased oppo f11 pro mobile from flipkart on 18/05/19. Payment has already been made through credit card emi. But the company refused to process the order and constantly asking me to cancel the order from my side by email/phone and place a new order. But i purchased the mobile during offer period and availed offer. If i order now, i will not get the benefits. So i do not want to cancel the same. I already communicated this to flipkart several time. But they insisted me to cancel the same. I want flipkart to process my request and deliver the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
