Cognate Health Services — cancellation of membership no. due to mis commitment from cognate as far as reimbursement is concern

I am very disppointed of your services as well as the behaviour of Sales Team (by name Mr Dharmenrda Sharma and Ms Shweta) and Customer service team who has every time made wrong commitment to release the claim of the reimbursment of payment by Cognate. On May 16, 2018, I have purchased the health insurance policy for my families(screenshot is attached below) and today it is 20th June 2018 and there is no any proper responses from your side. If your motive is only to misguide and breach the customers then why dont you doing a robbering??. Please consider this email as an intimation of free lookup cancellation request from my side and confirm urgently.
later, I have requested to cancel my 4 policies. many times but there was no proper response from them, the behaviour of Sales Team and Customer service team who has every time made wrong commitment to release the claim of the reimbursment of payment by Cognate.
