Cognate Health Services — refund/reimbursement issue | |||
Hi I have been deceived by this company. I want to make other consumers aware about this fraud company, dont entertain any calls from this company executive selling plans. On 11th march-19, i purchased "couple preventive health care plan" worth 7000/-. On 5th april, i called the cognate customer care to enquire about the process of bill reimbursement related to my mother's eye surgery, however i was informed that i am not eligible for any reimbursement since, the hospital is not in their panel. As i am not satisfied with the plan and they have denied the services, i wanted to cancel my plan and asked for refund, they are denying the same also, saying i have taken the plan under a promotion policy, so not eligible for any refund. I am a lawyer by profession and wish a initiate a representative legal action against this fraud company.
