This is a fraud company that contacts people and promises to refund 50% of their doctor's fees by taking membership of their scheme. They even promise to bear the interest portion if the charges are paid by emi using a credit card. The fun starts after you have paid up. They will stop taking your calls completely and the helpline number mentioned is impossible to get....

This is fully choor company guys never take the policy from this company,
They are making the fool to customers enka kaam h logo se paise lena sirf... Aisi companies ko bahut gaaliya do, chor company logo kaa paisa maarna kaam h enka bus.
Enke saare phone no fraud h koi mails kaa reply nhi karte, thodi abusing se baatein ker do toh policy terminate ker dete h.

Please guys don't purchase the policy from this super...

My self is parth acharya and i had brought a three year policy in july 2019 for my kid worth of 8000 rs.
I had sent many bills to them for reimbursement but not even a single bill they cleared. I had called them for many times and they are just ignoring me even after sending too many mails. Mr. Rohit bajaj was the person who called me to purchase the policy and promised me that they will give the reimbursement within 15 working days....

Sales team from cognate health Organisation committed various benefits through email inboxed to me.But after purchasing policy, benefits mentioned in policy ( preventive health plan )documents are lesser than they had committed on email.

I have opted their coral preventive health membership for my entire family of 4 members for three years. The firm representative mr. Abhinav offer so much things in the plan but actually they are unable to fulfill all the commitments once you took their plan. The first thing which is very confusing is when they offered the plan they did not disclose that their commitments are only valid in location where they have empanelled health care centres....

If you get a chance to see this post then please do not buy a policy from this company. I do not want everyone to suffer like me.

I bought a policy for the 4 members of my family at 12000/- for 2 years in April 2018. They promised to repay some part of every bills and even promised to get 50% discount on dental checkups and all the tests. But now when we have submitted our bills on 10th May 2019 and 24th May 2019, they are not willing to pay a single amount moreover their customer care is not willing to listen to our plea. I have purchased "couple preventive health care plan" worth 7000/-. On 11th may 2019, i ahve submitted my medical bill at 20th may 19 for reimbursement but they didn't process yet.

I have called the cognate customer care for process my bill but they are denying many times. Their customer support services are very bad and not responding...
