I m mamber of the company
On 4th march-19, i purchased "couple preventive health care plan" worth 7000/-. On 4th march, i called the cognate customer care to enquire about the process of bill reimbursement related to my medical bill and health check up, however i was informed that i am not eligible for any reimbursement as i am not satisfied with the plan and they have denied the services, i wanted to cancel my plan and asked for refund, they are denying the same also, saying i have taken the plan under a promotion policy, so not eligible for any refund.

I have been deceived by this company. I want to make other consumers aware about this fraud company, dont entertain any calls from this company executive selling plans.
On 11th march-19, i purchased "couple preventive health care plan" worth 7000/-. On 5th april, i called the cognate customer care to enquire about the process of bill reimbursement related to my mother's eye surgery, however i was informed that i am not eligible for any reimbursement since, the hospital is not in their panel. As i am not satisfied with the plan and they have denied the services, i wanted to cancel my plan and asked for refund, they are denying the same also, saying i have taken the plan under a promotion policy, so not eligible for any refund.

I am a lawyer by profession and wish a initiate a representative legal action against this fraud company.

I submit my medical bills many time, but every time get reject by company, with the different different reasons, company is not ready to give any benefit to customer, when we call to customer care we receive suggestion to send mail when we send mail to company we receive suggestion to call up to customer care, both are playing game with the customer, So finally I want to cancel my policy & refund my premium to me. this is my final mindset.

Cognate health service pvt ltd is totally fraud company, i have purchased the plans for 4 persons (16000rs) and they commited to reimburse few percentage in all medical artifacts like medicines, doctor's fee, delivery, ultrasound etc. But till the date they have not passed even single bill. They even commited the free healt checkup but did not get that also. The helth check up report sending wrong

I have visit clove dental (Cognate panel hospital) sector 14 gurugaon and do not disscount my scaling & fiiling tratment i have full pay 4000. Rs rupees

Kindly returm my 16000 rs at eralist

Hi bought policy for 3 members and i paid for it rupees 11000. At the time for buying mr. Priyank said you will get plenty of benefits and discount on medicines, doctor fees, kids vaccination and even on the baby milk powder as well. However i found now he made me fool because of his fake commitment. No pharmacy accept its card even it’s empaneled pharmacy also not accepting card and deny me for giving discount on the medicines. And now they are saying you should read all terms and condition before purchasing it. Cognate is a fraud company. I will raise this on upper level. I will post on social media as well. #don’t buy cognate health policy #refund my money.

I worked in this company for a period of 6 months. At the start they (The management) promised a lot of things but as the months passed a clear view of what the management is all about became quite clear. They are a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals who keep the working environment highly tensed which has a demoralizing effect on the employees. Some of the employees went into depression. Then there is an issue of irregularities in salary payment. There is no fixed date for salary payment. Office hours are also not fixed.

I bought there 3 year plan for my 5 family member. There sales agent never told us that we need to inform them before going to the doctor to get money back, he never told us that we will not get dental if are not attending there affiliated clinic. I specially are there any terms & condition which we need to follow. He said no sir you just need to share prescription and bill from doctor. He said we will give you vouchers but never said that vouchers are valid for 6 months only. Now i paid inr 20k for a fraud policy. As per there policy we need to email/call them 12 hours (If we read carefully it will be more) before we visit doctor. Means in fever and any disease i will not worry about patient i will worry am i going to dr in 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours because if i miss there golden timing i cannot use that money. They didn't tell me that we have to upload bill in 15 days too... I feel that real policy and i am not complaining but same was not share with me by there sales man.

I opt for their package on jan 19 for medical expenses reimbursement. But when i submitted claims and read t&c, i requested them to refund my money & cancel the package. Now they are refusing it by showing different terms & conditions. I paid 7000 rupees and want my money back.

My looking period was 45 days as per the email shared with me and i have raised a request before that. So, i'm hoping to get full refund.

On 04/08/2018, i bought (Couple preventive health care packege). Invoice number inv2200.

Prior to the purchase, manish called me many times to take this plan. But now he is not picking my call.
Manish assured me that reimbursement money will be credit in the account within 15 days

Its almost 5 month past but i did not receive and reimbursement money and health check
I called mr. Manish but he is not picking my call now, so
I drop sms and email to call me but still i did not receive my response form him

I called to customer care (Number -[protected]) at 13/09/2018 12.01pm and ms sweta picked up the call.
I want to explain my issue but she did not want to hear. Even she don’t know how to talk with customer. She disconnect my call.
I called 5 times but my phone was not picked up. If there is a recordable line, you can listen to the way to talks
Before purchased i asked many times to manish and he confirmed they will reimburse money within 15 days.

Its my really a worst experience with you. Kindly refund my amount asap.

Now i am going to file a fir against the company. I am continue following the team for my payment but they are cheater.

I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved asap. I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through consumer court or through the courts.

I am sending mail from the day when i have received their kit and after 15 days & so phone calls many calls & three reminder your reply come. Very bad customer care service.
Wrong commitment by salesman. He told me that you can visit to your referance doctor & send us the bills. We will reuimbrse it to your account directly. I visited to the doctor & i have sent the bills for reuimbersment, i got a reply that your bill cant be processed. You have to told us before visit. I tried your customer care so many times whole day, but your are not picking my call, so its not problem.in this regard i have already droped a mail stating that your customer care is not picking my call & i also told this to the salesman who sales me this policy and i dont want this kind of policy that first i have to call you & tell you. I dont have spare of time for that. Your sales man not told me about that. Another thing i have received health check coupan. Your sales man told me that you both can do health chaeck up same time. But here you are telling it will be done after six month. But i agree with that, but when i drop a mail for for utilisation of my first coupn, you refuse to collect the sample from my home but your salesman told me that we will collect it from your home. & your customer care told me that i can visit to any lab & take a discount of rs500/- but yor sales man told me 1 coupn is rs 1500/-. As per your rule, i have initated your customer care before visit.

@cognatehealthd for your information your sales person priyank ahuja called me first day while selling the policy in 25 dec 2018 before payment that we can cancel this policy within 45 days of purchase for any reason you can also make a conference call by connecting him and me i can confirm the same thing to you at anytime but now your team is denying for cancellation after getting payment and saying it is not in policy i saw same issues on social sites and on internet for same things and the customers are not getting any payment after purchasing policies from your company, social sites ate full of negative reviews of your company many customers are cheated by your company like me and asking to cancel their policies but you are cheaters and fraud peoples whose only aim is to get the amount from innocent peoples and let them throw away. I will take a serious action to your team that you will remember in whole life that how to cheat peoples by making false promises and not fulfiling them after payment. I have all call recordings and mails which i will show in media.

This is totally fraud and fake company do not give any single rupee to them by mistake i also got scammed by them. They all are story makers after payment if you want to know more you can call me on [protected] the real customer cheated by this company mr priyank ahuja sales boy and its director dharmendra sharma both cheated me by taking rs 20000 from me for a 3 years policy and said that we can cancel this policy at anytime withing 45 days and they will rwturn my money in 4 hours but now they told me that it is not in our policy and we can not return your amount all the phone numbers provided by them are disabled a. D customer care is also so much attitude i want my money back from this fraud company.

Services pvt ltd, address - plot no-y 9-10 2nd floor, vipin garden, main nazafgarh road, piller no-801, new delhi-59. I have purchased the health service plan from them and paid rs.12000/- and now they are denying about the services which they have confirmed me at the time of introduction of the paln, now i am requesting them to cancel my paln and refund mymoney, but they are totally harrasing me and giving silly resolutions. Therefor i would request you to kindly interefere in this matter and help me to come out from there trap. I am attachingthe copy of invoice and email communcation recieved from them.

This is a fraud company which does lots of promises before selling the package. But after selling the package real game starts. Cognate will not process your claims for months.
In my case, a claim submitted on September 26, 2018 got reimbursed on December 10, 2018 that too only a 16% of the OPD fee got reimbursed initially which was promised to be of 50% of OPD fee amount.
Customer care guys are rude and very unprofessional. You will never get any solutions from them.

As per my experience this is the fake company making people fool. Doing fake commitments for the service at the time of selling the policy but after policy sale showing so many terms and conditions which cannot be fulfilled.

In starting says cancellation of policy can be done within 45 days of the purchase of the policy but after purchase says cancellation is not under their policy.

Need strict action against this company and want my money back.

We take policy in aug 18 of amt 8000. After we send bill two time but no rembursment will be done from 3 month. Customer care not giving answer me clearly. They alway trying to ignore. They say your payment will be done in next week but no payment will be done in next week. Same process is going on from last two month. Please suggest me what am i do.

Some guy called me and offered a plan and i have bought 2000 rupees plan.

But no membership plan was confirmed in email. Please sue this company as this is a fraud one and reverse this payment.
Due to this kind of cyber crime i have wasted so much of my money and time. Please help.
