At the time of policy purchasing, his sales person Mr. Ankit told me, you can update your policy after 3 month full 5 lac coverage and its cost is just 4600. just behalf of this feature i bought policy .

Mr. Mrityunjay, md, cognate health services (Plot no y9-10, 2nd floor, vipin garden, main najafgarh road, delhi) has cheated me and is continuously cheating other people by selling online policies for opd/ medical bills discounts..
His modus operandi is selling policies by false promises of his sales team & later bluntly refuses to honour bills...
He does not even refund as committed in mail to full refund within 4 hours!!...

I have purchased a policy from COGNATE HEALTH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. by paying annual premium of Rs.6000.
I have put few reimbursement in past 2 months according to their process and procedure and as per policy the reimbursement amount was supposed to be paid to customer within 10-15 working days. However, they have not paid any amount.

This is regarding one fraud company namely “cognate health organisation”. This company is dealing with affordable health care products. They are making so many promises and lure people with so many things and genuine people are regularly felling in their trap. It is like a chit fund company, if they will not be stopped now then they will be cheated innocent people.

This is totally fraud & lier company. When i take policy that time company representative (Rohit/dharma) told that reimburse will refund 10-15 day.
Now more than three month has passed but till now did not received any positively response from company. Even i call many time but every time they fake commitment.
When i told for canceling policy as they told that within 45 day policy can cancel and within 4 hour refund will credit....

Dear all, i bought this service for my wife & my sons for 3 years plan in rs.13000 on[protected].
As per his promise i can cancele my servcie within 45days. And i send mail for my cancelling the service on[protected]. But still he's not canclling my servcie nor refunding my money.

I bought a plan from this company for rs.12000 for my family. They promised to refund money if i am not convinced with the policy however, they are not canceling my registration nor refunding my money even when they provided it in written on my email. I have been trying to resolve the issue via email multiple times but they have no intention to revert any amount. They are totally fake people only with moto to grab our money somehow....

This is a fraud company looting people hard earned money by cheaters mrityunjaya and ajay.. Entire marketing team is fraud and neither giving any reimbursement nor giving policy refund. There letter says refund will be given in 4hrs time and can be claimed within 45 days but to no help... I'm completely fed up talking to them and losing patience... Police should arrest all owners and employees like dharmendra, rohit, aditya, etc...

Dear Cognate victims, I too have been cheated by Cognate Health organisation, New Delhi. Need to form a pressure group so that file a case against them n expenses like lawyers fee can be shared. We will club our complaints n recover money along with costs. Case would need to be filed at District consumer forum, New Delhi.
