I have also same experience with them. Pls go to consumer forum for your complaints. I am also doing the same.

Today I received a call from Cognate Health Services pvt ltd New Delhi 59, stating that they are ready to refund my entire amount Immediately.

So I am now posting this issue as resolved.

The concept was good, only ethical implementation was lacking.

I am also a victim of this company.

They had taken 16k from me and said there's a free lookup period of 45 days for cancellation, when I tried to cancel they said they will not cancel it.

My service is also not canclling . all have taken service on[protected]. and send mail on[protected].

Dear All, I bought this service for my wife Neha & my sons for 3 years plan in Rs.13000 On[protected].
There was representative Mr. Priyank from this fraud Congnate Co., he told my what ever my medical expenses incurred i can send scaned copy take reimburshed in my a/c as he describe @20% on medicine and 30% on test expenses.
I boutght the service, and untile his kit reached to me no any one explaining to how i will process my expenses? when i get the servcie kit they send me PANEL LIST in excel file and told me i can only take service only in the listed in panel list file.
When i have taken servcie i was clearly said that i take medicine from out side and get all test from Dr. Lal Path Labs but Now This Fraud co. (cognate) and all cheaters staff forceing me take benefit from his panel listed.
I shaw his panel list there is no any store nearby me and no lal path lab in his panel list.

So I request all of you, Please dont buy cognate servcie. If any doubt call [protected].

Yes..we must collectively complain to EOW so that are behind the bars asap...they must be backing of goons ..that's why they are doing it openly and threating people by doing GUNDAGARDI

Not scared of goons. I too have my connections in bureaucracy.
Basically only one guy from Gurgaon has contacted me, we need more people to come forward. Once I have sufficient material I will start the process.

Big fraud comapny, Dont purchase any policy from there, in salo ko to narak me bhi jagah nhi milegi, i purchased policy of 15000 rs for 3 year, and claimed aroufd 40000 rs but did not get any amount. customer service is very worst, didn't respond to any call.

Cognate Health Service Pvt Ltd — fake company, they also tried to cheat me, they want me to make the payment on the call itself, thank god I search online and your reviews saves me from cheating. This is another cheat company.

This company is a real fraud. They had sent the proposal mail to process the claims within 7-10 days and on policy it is something else. Please DO NOT purchase their policy. I am victim of their fraud. While talking to customer care they behave like they owe us. Really unprofessional people to deal with.

I purchased the package for rs.7000/- for my parents last year.From the first day they commit false statements. Before purchasing the policy employees of cognate like Dharmendra Sharma, Nikhil, Simran, Iqra, Manish told that claim will reimburse within 7 days. So when I sent my first claim, they had taken two months telling system not working, employ who process the reimbursement claim is on leave so when he will come then your claim will process ..at the end after so many followup they didn't respond ..even I write to the MD of company Mritunajay Roy but he did not responded ...so I raised complaint against them last year...then I get very small amount from them...
Now on May 6, 2018 I sent some bills of my father ...till now I haven't get any reimbursement. No reimbursement has been given even after a month passed. So mANY TIMEs i called to customer services, wrote an email but they didn't respond. Only an automated reply received on email . For your ease, I'm herein attaching the mail what I written to cognate team and they didn't reply me... yesterday I called to customer service asking the claim status so agent Simran picked my call ..she is very rude on call and transfer my CALL TO HR Iqra...As per Iqra, Manish who will processed the claim is on leave and she promised that i will get my reimbursement in next week so I told her to write on mail ..she is telling lie that she is writing a reply but no reply received from that jhooti lady...then I received call from Dharmendra Sharma from [protected]. He told me why I had called to CUSTOMER CARE and he told me that I was very rude on call so cognate health organisation is going to cancel my policy...I laughed and asked him, "Tumhe claim bheje hue ek mahine se jyada ho gya to kya Mai tumhari call centre me call Kar me status BHI na poocha" .
To us ### Manish be Bola tum Kuch b karlo, chahe High court me complaint Kar do Tumhe claim Nahi milega or Mai Kisi se Nahi darta Hu...and he told me he and his company will make a fool of customer like this because MD of cognate i.e Mritunajay Roy ([protected]@outlook.com) has given a permission of making a fool of innocent customer ...this is totally a fraud company... cognate health organisation is totally fraud company ...like company employees of cognate health organisation i.e Manish, Dharmendra Sharma, Nikhil, Simran, Iqra etc all are fraud and lier...even MD of the company Mritunajay Roy is also a fraud person who is managing the fraud company Cognate health organisation..
I'm requesting you to look into this and cancelled the license of such fraud company.. last year also I complaint regarding the same company... I made so many phone calls. But nothing has been done. All the time they have different excuses like, the person holds accounts was on leave, server problem, under process, forward to the concern department etc. Etc. Etc.

On jun10, 2018 I had submitted complaint regarding fraud company Cognate health organisation who is deniying to process my claim...pls help...

It is just a fraud company. Not refunding my amount or any promises they made. They wont respond or months and then simply say sorry your free cancellation period is expired.
