Hi team,

Cognate health services pvt. Ltd contacted me from landline no [protected] on 8th january 2020 for policy stating that if you take our policy you will get various policy benefits for your medical services. They mentioned the below benefits
Health check up:

Free health check up voucher for 71 routine tests. (Per head)

Dentistry:
• free dental check up voucher which includes cleaning and scaling.
• 100% concession on doctor consultation.
• 50% concessions on dental offerings like cleaning and dental x-rays.
• 30% off on dental treatments, like - root canal, filling, cosmetic treatment, denture etc.

Ophthalmology :

• free eye check up voucher.
• 50 % off on doctor consultation and examination.
• 30% off on eye treatments.

Other services:
• doctor and clinic services: 50 % off on all doctor consultations and examinations.
• hospitals benefits: 30% discount at hospitals
• diagnostic center benefits:- 30 % off on all pathology tests and 30% off on radiology tests.
• doctor my side service:- free 24 hours health line facility to speak to doctors for major or minor illness.
• pharmacy benefits:- 20% off on medicines
• tax benefits:- 5000/- php tax deduction under section 80d.

1. 50 % off on doctor consultation and examination.
2. 30% off on all pathology tests and 30% off on radiology tests.
3. 20% off on medicines.
4. 30% concession on delivery (Normal & surgical)

New born baby benefits:

If you visit our em-paneled centers, you can avail instant discount by presenting our health card there and for non-paneled centers you are required to share your bills with us and we will be processing the reimbursement with in 7-10 working days (Bills are to be sent within fifteen days after the doctor visit).

When i doubted on benefits of the policy mr pankaj with mobile no – [protected] contacted me personally from his mobile no and stated that this is my no and my other contact no are

Also mentioned that “we provide 45 days for free look up which means, if you get the benefits word to word then you can continue other wise you can cancel all the services on urgent basis and your whole amount will be refunded in your account with in 24 hours”.

After that i purchased the policy by paying 2000 & sent the invoice for one of my doctors consultation invoice for inr 680 & then there was no response from calls & even the emails.
After a day customer care responded to me over email stating that in inr 2000 there is no reimbursements & we don’t provide such services. Mr. Rohit bajaj (With mobile no – [protected]) is team leader for pankaj who picked my call on 12th jan evening and stated madam if you are not satisfied pankaj will call you on monday (I. E 13th jan) morning and cancel your membership & we will refund your amount completely. Now he is also not responding to my calls.
Request you to help me get my refund of 2k from this fake company, as i have all emails in which these above information is mentioned.
