I have opted their coral preventive health membership for my entire family of 4 members for three years. The firm representative mr. Abhinav offer so much things in the plan but actually they are unable to fulfill all the commitments once you took their plan. The first thing which is very confusing is when they offered the plan they did not disclose that their commitments are only valid in location where they have empanelled health care centres. They also offer to provide another discount of 20% on medicine bills even if you purchase medicines online pharmacy (Like netmed, medlife etc etc). But when i submitted bills of medicine then they disclosed that they will only provide discount on medicines purchased from their empanelled pharmacy and that too only 20%. What is the advantage of procurring medicines from

Their empanelled pharmacy store when all online pharmacy store are providing discount upto 20%. I am living in the location where there is no empanelled health centres of the company exists so i am even unable to utilise the vouchers provided by them along with the plan. When i talked to the company the are talking rudely and replying my mails after much delay.
