Cognate Health Services — reimbursement of policy/refund full policy amount | |||||
My self is parth acharya and i had brought a three year policy in july 2019 for my kid worth of 8000 rs. I had sent many bills to them for reimbursement but not even a single bill they cleared. I had called them for many times and they are just ignoring me even after sending too many mails. Mr. Rohit bajaj was the person who called me to purchase the policy and promised me that they will give the reimbursement within 15 working days. Now its more that 2 months passed and i am waiting for the reimbursement or refund of the policy as had sent a mail of cancelling the policy on 10th december. But they have ignore the mail.
