Hi All, Could you please advice anyone for below login error as I am not able to login to One Cognizant. And getting below error. User account '[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_...⇄ in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi I am a new intern at cognizant (CID :[protected]. Due to loss of phone data, I lost Microsoft authenticator due to which, I am not able to login to OneCognizant Portal(https://onecognizant.cognizant.com) which uses a 2 step verification.
Please guide me how I can resolve this issue/ whom to contact for this Authentication issue.

I am unable to login to 1 cognizant boarding portal as I am not able to see the number displayed on the laptop in the mobile device. For some days I was able to login successfully but not able to login now. Please resolve the issue ASAP.

I got the regenerated offer letter.
But while accepting the offer letter, the reply mail fails saying below error.
