Cognizant — can't find my ug college name in the list, even option 'other' is not in the list.'

Dear Sir,

I have completed my B.Tech(ECE) from Glocal University. I selected UG school name as "Lovely Professional University" because I could not find my college name in the list, and even option "others" was not there. I mailed cognizant helpdesk regarding this issue and tried every possible way to fix this issue, but I could not get any solution.

Today, I got UG school name mismatch email. again I login to one cognizant portal, but I can't find my college name or option 'other'. please help me ASAP.
