[Resolved] Cognizant — cognizant revoked offer letter and not releasing new offer letter

I've received offer letter from cognizant on 27th march 2019 with doj given as 10th july.
As per the instructions i've submitted all the required documents on onecognizant portal and pre-joining forms.

But week before doj suddenly i was not able to login to portal, discussed same with hr recruiter and came to know that they revoked offer letter due to some technical issues & will release new offer letter soon.

Now i've already left my previous job (28th june) on the basis of this offer and new offer letter is still not released.
It's been more than one month now they're still saying wait for 2-3 more days.

I completed my interview on june 15 chennai, received offer letter on 8th july, but i didn't received my pre joining formalities till now most of my friends received it. Can you help me with this problem
