Cognizant — didn't receive boarding pass/date of joining

Hi,
I received my offer letter from cognizant stating to join on 23rd august 2018. I have uploaded all my documents in cognizant portal as mentioned in joining formalities. My cognizant id is 11540692. Since i didn't get onboarding pass, i couldn't join on 23rd august.
In portal my joining date is showing[protected]. Till now i didn't get a mail regarding new date of joining.

I have got my date of joining on 28 November..for virtual onboarding..But still I didn't t get any onboarding pass or webex link regarding meeting..I contacted hr but of no use...can u plz sort out me for this...

Attended interview on June 9th for Analyst Trainee position at Coimbatore and received the offer letter on August 16th stating to join on August 23rd, while attempting to accept the joining date no option was shown for accepting or decline the joining date and didn't received the On-boarding pass for joining. Till now didn't get any response from Cognizant for a different joining date.
