[Resolved]  Cognizant — exit helpdesk/experience letter required with job details

I have been trying to get my experience letter with job details from exithelpdesk for over 4 months. Nobody responds to my emails.

After a lot of follow-ups got the exp letter today. If anyone needs this letter, I would suggest you start early. This takes time.

Got approval from manager for the format and content for the letter, but yet to receive the experience letter.
Did you follow up with [protected]@cognizant.com only or did any particular POC helped you out. Anyone who created problem?

I have sent an email to get my experience letter for GC process, my senior manager has approved the content but Helpdesk personnel said I need to change the format and send it back to them. After sending multiple emails, I haven’t received a single reply; why so? I have done my part by sending the same email 5-6 times and no one has replied on top of that I received an email that I haven’t replied so they closed my request. I am sending multiple emails but no reply from Cognizant Helpdesk. I need this document immediately for my immigration purposes. Can someone please help?
