The above said employee has joined Capgemini year ago joined in cognizant with fake experience certificate form, fake payslips/form 16, he had no IT experience untill he joined with your organisation and provided above 2 yrs of experience

While you are conducting telephonic interview round institute trainee person has spoken with you, while in teams the interview person just he gave lip reading and some other person was answering in the COVID pandemic he had done such things and joined.

You can cross check his old payslips, bank statements from 16s before joining in your organisation the before all are fake.

Even though he joined with fake he have done bad abusive things with female colleagues and done sexual abuses.
