Cognizant — F&F And Relieving Letter Not Received | |||
I have been asked forcefully to resign in the COVID-19 Pandemic situation. This doesn't end here. It's been now 5 months I am separated, this organization still harassing me by not giving my Relieving Letter and FNF. Extremely bad treatment I have received from the organization even after I contributed in company's growth. Very bad culture Cognizant have, They harass their employees even after leaving the organization. Cognizant ExitHelpdesk team says all clearances been closed aand will receive RL and FNF in 15 days and I still have not received yet. All I want is my hard earning which Relieving Letter and FNF. My last working day 06 Dec 2022 was in Cognizant and still not receive any experience letter and other documents yet.
