My name is Manimala Dechaudhuri. I was working in Cognizant technology solutions in core logic project. On 3rd march 2022, my seniors fixed a team meeting including me, HR & manager. I suggested to give voluntary separation as they had mentioned that I was not so productive about the work. They also informed me that I will be getting 2 months salary as I am not serving notice period & all the other payments will be paid by them. So, on that day, I gave the voluntary separation. On 30th april, I received the salary but it was not in full amount. My in hand salary was 17k. So, I must be getting 34k in the calculation of 2 months. But, I got 29k only & also none of my leaves got encashed. I, immediately informed HR about this. After a week, he said that to do a mail to [protected]@cognizant.com from personal mail id. I mailed in this particular mail id regarding the full & final settlement. I mentioned each & everything. After 2 weeks, on 20th may, they informed me that the amount which had been given is the notice payout, no additional notice payout will not be paid to me.
Sir/ madam
My question is that if my in hand salary was 17k, then I should be paid 34k. But, I have been only paid 29k. Why will not the rest of the amount paid to me??
