I am getting error like

AADSTS90072: User account '[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Error in sign in login portal for pre joining formalities

Hi sir/ madam
I'm gogulprakaash, i attend the technical interview with cognizant for "automation testing" role on may 11 th 2022 in Chennai (tamilnadu), i got an mail i have been selected and submit the documents for hr discussion, i submitted all the documents and still now I didn't receive any hr calls or about the offer letter.
There is no response in mail as well, please try to resolve my problem.

I have completed my two rounds of interviews on 12th April 2022 and 13th April 2022.

After that i also got a mail from HR on 13th April to fill CIS form and submit last 2 months salary slip and my Id proof.

All the mentioned documents are submitted to the HR.

Then HR from Cognizant called me on 29th April and salary negotiation also completed and i got positive feedback from HR and
HR told me by next week i should get the offer letter

Still I have not received offer letter.

Also HR is not responding to call and mail

One of the user provided fake experience to cognizant and one of your employees supported for that. We heard that cognizant supporting backdoor. If it is correct so many people ready to join with fake experience and fake salary. Nani sanchana gave fake experience

I had my technical interview with Cognizant on 7th May. Post that HR called me on 11th May for my HR round. I had a discussion with her regarding Package and joining date. After some days one HR called me to fill the CIS form and I was told that I would receive the offer letter in next 2 days.
It’s been more than 2 weeks now but I haven’t received any updates from the HR.
I dropped a mail to her and even called her twice but no response.

I have been interviewed on 23rd April 2022, and got selection email on 29th Apr. Post submitting CIS form and discussion on CTC. HR confirmed we are good to hire with the discussed annual ctc. After two weeks i haven't received any offer letter over the email and try to reach them but no response. On date 18th may i again gave them a call regarding the issue of generating the offer letter, they told me they have some internal screening where your offer does not make a stand. It's so unfair that they haven't done any negotiation nor they are releasing my offer letter. Please help me with this issue.

I was given joining date on Feb 29, 2020 as Programmer Analyst Trainee on Bangalore Location but I was told that there is no joining on that date. I was told that I would be given a future joining date. But I have not received any since now.

I am prajwal jadhav.Actually i have given interview PA level at 20th April 2022 then i got call 28 April from HR team and he took my HR round.But still i didn't get offer letter from you or didn't get any confirmation.so please let me know about my selection procedure.because my notice period completed 10 may 2022.

I have some persons details to join your company for submission of fake experience documents and fake certificate. But your encouraging to that people's and given high salary. If you have same way give me the chance for my self also. Other wise punish the fake persons. I will send the details personally to the company.

I am Kanchan wakodikar I have clear the Hacker rank test and managerial round after that I got the call from HR team, its for notifying me that I have clear the rounds and about HR round on 1st April, I have shared the requested details, then I tried to reach them on call, Email, text msg they wont responding, than suddenly on 6th May I got call from same person asking that the you not yet to accept the offer.

while discussing with them got to know they have wrong email ID for my profile which is [protected]@gmail.com and corrected mail id [protected]@wakoXXXXXXXX.com, so I ask them to change the mail id and re-share the offer on corrected id.

I want know how much time it will take to change email and re-share the offer on corrected mail id I just don't want to loose opportunity. also I wont have access to any portal where I can see the process.
