Mr Anubhav Mohanti working as analyst at cognizant is calling my people demons, just because of a domestic abuse incident that happened in my state, how can he generalise an entire community based on single incident. Really sad to know that he is working for cognizant. Attaching both screenshot and link of the incident and kindly ask him to delete this.

    Hi Organizer,

    Could you please help me for with login login error as I am not able to login to One Cognizant.

    And getting below error.

    User account 'thestella.[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_...⇄ in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

              Actually my initial on-boarding date was 23rd July in Cognizant and my last working day in previous company was 25th July. So attended the on-boarding and on-boarding POC told me to wait for new doj.

              I submitted my relieving letter in August itself. It's been 2.5 months nearly and no update regarding doj.

              On-boardings are happening but still the doj haven't changed in my portal till now. Onboarding POC and recruiter both are not even responding to my mails

                    I am writing to you regarding my offer letter after giving the HR interview round.

                    I had done my first technical interview on the 17th of august 2022 and an HR interview round with one HR on the 18th of August 2022. After 2 days (20/08/2022) I received an email from HR to fill out the Candidate Declaration Form-2 (CDF-2), and another Hr called me on 22/08/2022, she is saying that you have cleared all the interviews and filled out the Declaration form and submit. I sent declaration form-2 on the same day. After I am trying to reach out to HRs, they did not pick up my call and not responding.

                    The HR is not responding to calls or emails. I have refused other offers due to Cognizant and I am an immediate joiner, relieved from my previous company last month. I hope this mail is helpful to me.

                                Hello There,

                                I have successfully completed my HR round on 15th of Sept. 2022 and till date i.e. 10th of Oct. 2022. I have not received offer letter neither any firm response from CTS. IN HR round they told that the offer would be released in 7 working days.

                                The HR is not responding to calls or emails. I have refused other offers due to Cognizant and I am an immediate joiner, relieved from my previous company in last month.

                                Kindly help me in this regard. Life is at stake, never thought companies like CTS will behave like this.

                                I got a final approval and selection email, the recruiter discussed and finalized the CTC and other benefits. He also got the final approval and said will release the offer letter soon which wont be too long. Its been 15 days now. Its for Australia onsite. How long does they take to release the offer letter ?

                                  I am Heena A. Trivedi, I had attended an interview on 20th January 2022, and I was selected, and salary discussion and all was on 27th January 2022 I had submitted my documents on 1st February 2022 and my joining date was 7th March 2022, but I don't get offer letter till date.

                                  I tried to call them and even sent mail but didn't get response from them. After 4 to 5 months I again tried and sent a mail and I got reply from them that delay in response please have some patience now again it's been 4 months and I don't get my offer letter.

                                    I’m 2020 batch engineering student..I have given cognizant’s exam back in October 2021 and later the interview.. I received the offer letter after all the process in Nov 2021 saying that I’ve cleared all the rounds and will be further receiving joining.
                                    Here I would like to draw your attention and tell you that I didn’t receive any joining letter and job.
                                    I’m highly disappointed since I waited for more than 9 months.

                                      My date of joining was 10-OCT-2022. I had completed all my formalities but onboarding pass was not generated.

                                      When i contacted hr, But till now no updates. I follow up everyday throguh mail but i dont get any reply on mail.
                                      When i call hr she picks once in a blue moon and tell that she has submitted it to team to create offer. We will update.
