[Resolved] Cognizant — hdfc food card blocked and amount not refunded

My food card had stopped working long ago due to some issues going on then with hdfc internal server because of which the card was blocked. I had complained to change my card and it was also processed but the card never reached me.

I have 2000/- blocked in it. Can somebody provide me with a poc with whom should i talk about this? I need to get this resolved asap.

I would like the amount to be refunded to my account and a new food plus card generated against my account
