Cognizant — how much time they will take to release the offer letter after selected?

Hi,

I attended an interview at cognizant, sb road, pune on 4th jan 2020 and cleared all the rounds. I have not received my offer letter yet as after i got a selected email from cts on 9th jan 2020. I am not sure normally how much time they will take to release the offer letter after selected.

Waiting for offer letter from past 20days.
