I am not able to login to one cognizant portal.
Getting below error message
AADSTS90072: User account 'nandish.[protected]@GMAIL.COM' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_...⇄ in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
Earlier I logged into the portal and completed BGV and pre-joining formalities.
Please help me out to resolve this issue.

Hii, unfortunately I logged out from my microsoft authentication app in my mobile..i didn't added my mobile number to it..so i am not getting any updates! and I am not able to login into my onecongnizant portal. I raised a query to resolve . Team send me MFA setup link..but even after using that link I am getting the following error. Please help to resolve

Any solution to the problem i also logged out and now i am unable to login.
Unfortunately I logged out from my microsoft authentication app from my mobile..i didn't login with my mobile number so that I can't able to get any code on my mbl.
