Cognizant — Joining date is deferring constantly

Hello,
I received my offer letter on 25 June from Cognizant stating to join on 13th July 2016. I have uploaded all my documents in cognizant portal as mentioned in joining formalities by 30th June. My reference ID in cognizant is 9153161. Based on this offer letter i got released from my previous organisation i.e. WIPRO on 2nd July. On 6th July cognizant HR reached out to me & stated that my university (TGOU - The Global Open University, Nagaland) is in suspect list of their third party BGV vendor for not having DEC approval. I have provided them with all documents which even includes Guwahati High Courts order dated June 2015 which stated that till the time UGC prepares a expert committee to recertify the university all DEC courses will stand valid for the students. I passed out in 2014 my session was 2011-14 in BSc. IT. All these documents were submitted to Cognizant by 10th July 2016.
But since then they have deferred my DOJ twice because the third party BGV vendor is still not agreeing with my documents & eventually not giving ago ahead to onboard me. I asked for the vendor name & the suspect list of the vendor but HR stated that they cannot share the vendors name & moreover the suspect list is created by the vendors only.
Due to this I am sitting unemployed for a month & still cognizant is doing nothing even when i provide them with legal documents to validate my university degree.

please help me get justice here.

For me also same problem. No response in mail also. My offer date postponed 5 times till now. My DOJ was 09th Aug postponed to 12th Aug postponed to 23rd Aug postponed to 31st Aug. Waste of time.

Did you joined then??

Same thing also happened to me. But I didn't received next DOJ yet. My DOJ was on 27th Aug 2021. And the worst thing is all of my batch mates are joined I'm still waiting. :(

I am Rajeshwar patel with candidate ID :[protected] .I suppose to be join on 20th July 2017 .But due to On Boarding pass not generated its postponed to 21th July 2017 . But again its not generated and now its postponed to 25th July 2017 .
Regarding the issue i continuously get in touch with my Recruiter but neither he resolve it or not helping also just delaying the date .Even i was try to calling the given numbers in One Cognizant portal but no response
Even i was trying to contact Neha form TAGSS-Candidate Help-desk and drop a mail to [protected]@cognizant.com but no response from there side .

Its very irresponsible company for new Joinee . Before join itself these many problems .imagine after join what will happen to our future .

The same thing happened to me today. I got the offer letter on 10th June 2018 and DOJ is on 20th of June 2018. I've uploaded all the documents and waiting for the on boarding pass and 2days before my joining, my recruiter called me and said my college is in suspect list of cognizant, and they are cancelling my offer. My MBA b school in Bangalore is AICTE approved my seniors also worked at Cognizant. I asked her to send me an email citing the reason. But she didn't. I'm clueless since I ignored the offer of another compnay I got

Same issue for me also. I want to Know whether they will offer me after submitting all documents??

I left my previous job also. Tomorrow my joining with cts . I don't know what can I do now???
