I am not able to login to one cognizant portal as i changed my phone and didn't add mobile number to 2FA due to which im stuck and not able to check my onboarding details. And to login i need to approve the login request through Microsoft Authenticator from which i have been logged out.
From 4 days onwards i was trying to login but asking to approve in a mobile authenticator app. But i lost that application and I was trying to register again but showing error. unable to log in. my DOJ is 29/04/2023. but i am unable to join due to this error. again i have a joining date on 2/5/203.
