      I was asked by cognizant to leave company on 20 March due to high bench period. Post that I had submitted all assets and have yet not got my experience letter and my settlement salary. Its been mire that 55 days now since Then I am following up with the exit team for my experience letter by no response. I have offers in hand but since I dont have experience letter I am unable to join the company.
      Struggling a lot due to this

        Experience Letter

        I have not received my experience letter to my personal mail id after my last working day. I have repeatedly mailed the HRs of cognizant but there is no reply.

        This Sivaiah Batta and my Emp id 2166649. My last working day in cognizant Mar 06th 2023 till now i haven't received Experience documents, pay slips and Full & Final Settlement. i have mailed to ExithelpdeskIndia they told you will login Always cognizant portal and download document but I'm tried to login it shows signing issue. finally I'm unable to login Always cognizant portal.
        Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

              Microsoft Authenticator login issue

              I am not able to login to one cognizant portal as i changed my phone and didn't add mobile number to 2FA due to which im stuck and not able to check my onboarding details. And to login i need to approve the login request through Microsoft Authenticator from which i have been logged out.
              From 4 days onwards i was trying to login but asking to approve in a mobile authenticator app. But i lost that application and I was trying to register...

              I am nishitha here.

              I am a new joinee of cognizant. Previously I registered my authenticator for 1oneboarding cognizant portal. but unfortunately that application is lost in my mobile. I need to proceed with my formalities. From 4 days onwards i was trying to login but asking to approve in a mobile authenticator app. But i lost that application and I was trying to register again but showing error. unable to log in. my DOJ is 29/04/2023. but i am unable to join due to this error. again i have a joining date on 2/5/203. Could you please fix the issue.

                I m unable to login into one cognizant portal since I factory reset my phone a week ago. Unfortunately, I didn't backup it to the cloud and it's showing my user account doesn't exist in tenant cognizant . I raised a query regarding this four days back yet my issue hasn't been solved .It would be helpful if you help with my login issue

                  Some people joined your company by panel management and fake certificates, I have their data, they are taking money saying that they will give jobs to some others, a person named Naveen Bodasu joined with fake experience and fake documents by their cousin brother, in Cognizant. How easy is it to fake?

                    I have raised Form 31 claim on EPFO Portal on 6th April, 2023, But it is under process from last more than 15 days.

                    As per my analysis for Online Claims it takes hardly 15-20 form complete settlement.

                      Hi,

                      I am not able to login into always cognizant portal because for multifactor authentication I have uaed authentication app, and I don't know how but authentication app got uninstalled and now I am not able to get those security code and because of this I am not able to login.Please help me in it

                        Hi Team,

                        I'm the ex employee of CTS. I tried to get my experience letter and sent the email with the Job description to [protected]@cognizant.com. It is more than 2 weeks and there is no response from them inspite of me asking for the status multiple time. I mean literally no response at all. I don't even know whether they are operating.
