I was asked by cognizant to leave company on 20 March due to high bench period. Post that I had submitted all assets and have yet not got my experience letter and my settlement salary. Its been mire that 55 days now since Then I am following up with the exit team for my experience letter by no response. I have offers in hand but since I dont have experience letter I am unable to join the company.

I haven't received Full & Final settlement till now And unable to login Always Cognizant Portal

My last working day in cognizant Mar 06th 2023 till now i haven't received Experience documents, pay slips and Full & Final Settlement. i have mailed to ExithelpdeskIndia they told you will login Always cognizant portal and download document but I'm tried to login it shows signing issue. finally I'm unable to login Always cognizant portal.

I am a new joinee of cognizant. Previously I registered my authenticator for 1oneboarding cognizant portal. but unfortunately that application is lost in my mobile. I need to proceed with my formalities. From 4 days onwards i was trying to login but asking to approve in a mobile authenticator app. But i lost that application and I was trying to register again but showing error. unable to log in. my DOJ is 29/04/2023. but i am unable to join due to this error. again i have a joining date on 2/5/203. Could you please fix the issue.

I m unable to login into one cognizant portal since I factory reset my phone a week ago. Unfortunately, I didn't backup it to the cloud and it's showing my user account doesn't exist in tenant cognizant . I'm the ex employee of CTS. I tried to get my experience letter and sent the email with the Job description to [protected]@cognizant.com.
