Cognizant — Not getting the relieving letter and the full and final settlement | |||
Hi, I had resigned Cognizant and my last working day was in April 2020 but due to the lock down situation I could not submit my laptop and access card, later they arranged a home pick of all the assets and it's now 2 months since I submitted the assets (laptop, access card etc.) but still I haven't received the relieving letter and the full and final settlement amount. I have been continuously chasing the exithelpdesk team about it but in vain.I am in dire need of the relieving letter as I need to submit that to my current employer. Any help is highly appreciated.
