Cognizant — on boarding pass

Hello,
I received my offer letter on 20th august from cognizant stating to join on 27th august 2018. I have uploaded all my documents in cognizant portal as mentioned in joining formalities. My reference id in cognizant is 12272692. I travelled from gurgaon as per my joining date but was not allowed to onboard as am not holding boarding pass and my bg is showing as pending for approval.

In portal my joining date is showing 27.8 and when am trying to contact my recruiter for the same, it's not reachable since 3 days.

I have full faith in cts policies and work culture. Please try to resolve it as i am waiting for my onboard pass to start my jointing.
