Cognizant — RAL/ Relieving letter and Full and Final settlement

I was working with Cognizant Bangalore from 23rd September 2022 to 22nd February 2023 as a Senior Associate.
It's been almost a month now and I have nor received my RAL/reliving letter and Full and Final settlement.
I already got a confirmation from them over email that my CS clearance was approved on 25th of February and they confirmed on the 1st week of March that my IT clearance has been approved as well. I have all the email confirmations from them and can provide the same if required.
Even though all my clearances were done I have not received my RAL reliving letter and Full and Final settlement.
I have tried to reach out to the respective email IDs multiple times constantly over the past 3 weeks but have not received any help or solution yet. They keep going around in circles that they are working on it or clearance is pending with support group.when I ask which support group, they do not reply.
I don't understand this since I already submitted all company assets and have received email confirmations from them that clearances were approved.
I require my reliving letter and Full and Final settlement on priority. It is very disappointing to see that the separation process of such a big company is so incompetent and unresponsive. I have tried to reach out to everyone possible and since there was no solution provided, I had to choose this forum.
I would really appreciate your help in this matter.
Today I received a mail saying my ID was not submitted. I have never even collected my ID card since I was working from home from the time I joined.The same person confirmed me over email on 25th Feb that since ID card was not collected CS clearance was approved. Is this a joke?
Kindly help me with some closure here.
I need my reliving letter and full and final settlement on priority.
