Hi, My Employee ID is 2185080. I left Cognitzant on 1 Dec 2022 and my asset pickup was done by vendor on 13 January 2023. I also mailed the acknowledgement slip to IT Clearance management. But I have not received any response from them. I called them and email them several times. But still no response. I also visited office but that the guy sitting there told me to send acknowledgement receipt. I told him I did it 5-6 times but no use. I had to return empty handed.. Im really frustrated now.. also unable to apply for the current opportunities... Please help me...!!

    Hi, I left company on 1 Dec 2022 and my asset pickup was done on 13 January 2023. Now it's been two months didn't get any response from Cognizant. I tried calling and emailing them but no use. Due to this Im unable to apply for current opportunities. Im really frustrated now.. Please help me!!!

        Hello Team, I have still not receive any response and no any experience letter receive from Cognizant. I am very depressed. Please help me out on this issue otherwise it's very seriously suicidal situation for me. Thank you.

            I was having a hard time to get my final pay with Cognizant Philippines. I was not regularize and end my probationary period without due process. I really thought that Cognizant give value to your worker. I beg them to give me my final pay because I really need it. I have two daughter's which is currently studying and were only renting. My landlord wants us to leave because i can no longer pay our house rent. I'm suffering from mental depression because of what Cognizant did to me. I inform them that the only thing that i need is my final pay which i work hard for it. They gave an email to follow up for my final pay but its not working and totally a lie. If i can get it this month i will have to end my life because no one can help me.I begging you know if someone can help me to get my final pay. Im really sorry if i act this way because i have kids to fed and i don't have work and soon will live in the street.

                    Iam unable to login using my cognizant microsoft account.Its showing your account is locked. My home manager moved out from CSD program so i cannot approach him also. I cannot raise GSD since to do that i need to be logged in .Kindly help me asap i have my qualifiers nearing.

                      I was selected for a position in Cognizant, Kolkata location. However I denied to join the company and intimated the same to the HR (Suganya) who took my interview. She said that she'd intimated the same to the POC- Imraan Sheikh but still I got no response from their end. Still they sent me the laptop from the office. Then I mailed Bheema Sudheer from Technical team to take the laptop from my house and he said that they'll take care of it I just have to share my address through a mail which I actually did. But after that I didn't get any response from their end as well. After a month the Exit help desk team of Cognizant tried to reach me through call. Priyanka Mondal, the person who contacted me from the Exit help desk team of Cognizant asked me for the evidence (I mailed everything to her). After that I didn't get any response from her side. But after a month they're asking me pay some 58, 000 for not serving the notice period and not giving them any response (which I clearly did).. It's been 4 months now they're harassing me continuously. I'm mentally and emotionally drained out because of their mismanagement. They're harassing a candidate for their own benefit which is quite unacceptable for a renowned organization like Cognizant. Please take a necessary action against them. I am helpless now.

                        My friend is working in cognizant company as a programmer analyst. According to employee policy. One should work for 9 hours. But only in his project. He is working more than 9 hours daily and also it is like till 12 AM. He is very afraid to ask this against his managers. So as a friend i am here to get a genuine solution. That cognizant should make their employees should work only for 9 hours. If they are working more than 9 hours. Give them extra payment.

                          Content of the service letter issued

                          Address: DLF building Hyderabad

                          They asked me to resign saying that I have failed the BGV so i would have to resign. Even after my previous employer verifying the document and email ID they told that the BGV has failed. I resigned as instructed and surrendered the assets and ID card. After that i received a service letter that says that I have been terminated due to the failure of BGV. And before resignation the HR told me that it would be a regular resignation and nothing...

                            I bought a new phone and didn't back it up or save any details. I tried to login the onecognizant portal in my PC and sent a notification to microsoft authenticator app which is installed in my mobile .But I didn't receive any notification to my authenticator app to enter my code. There is only options to use the Authenticator app. Please help me to login the onecognizant portal ASAP.

                              My clearance is still pending although i have returned my id card to the person came to collect the asset still my corporate security is not approved. I really need my relieving letter at the earliest

                                  In regards to my service letter, which you published, I am really disappointed.
                                  The company (CTS), with which I had a year of association and always taken great pride in your leadership, governance, and technical skill, is no longer in need of me.
                                  You fired me as a result of an error made by my previous employer. I agree, but if you put it in my service letter, what would it mean for my career? If I provide the same kind of service letter, will you hire me?
                                  Your organisation (CTS) also made the error of paying my final wage (31 days) for unfortunatly more days than I worked(28 days), but I accept it and just refunded that amount.

                                  I kindly request two things from CTS.

                                  1. A letter detailing my one-year experience (which I need to share new hires)
                                  2. I still haven't received my full and final settlement.
