Hi sir/medam, Iam not able to access my cognizant portal getting an error message as below. Can you please help me out on this issue.My date of joining is 14/06/2021 still no response from my hr team. I already releaved from my previous organization. I facing financial difficulties. So please help me out on this issue. Getting an error message like Request Id: 6716d845-1eb9-40c3-9f55-b76ab21d4301 Correlation Id: f69dbbfa-9442-4a18-847c-49704ae0f921 Timestamp:[protected]T04:36:10Z Message: AADSTS90072: User account '[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant.
