My name is Nikita Kori. I got selected in Cognizant for GenC profile in October 2021 then I received letter of intent on 2nd November 2021. I accepted the LOI and completed all the formalities. Then I received offer letter on 28th January 2022 with details of my designation and remuneration. After that I received CSD mail on 30th June 2022 and got access to Udemy on 7th July 2022, after that I got another offer letter which was a CSD contract according to which I Undergoing CSD training and on successful completion of training I would have joined as an FTE and would have been eligible for one time skill bonus of Rs.25, 000. I completed my CSD training in ADM-AS400 between 10/17/2022 to 1/25/2023. Then I received a training completion mail on 25th March but not received joining date, till now I sent many mails to cognizant but did not receive my joining date, and in the month of May all my outlook and Udemy account has been blocked. I also raised a query in C2C portal and got reply that my CSD account is blocked after completion of CSD training and my joining date is June, it is already June but I didn't get any update from Cognizant, And the most important point is that I have not received any salary or skill bonus from Cognizant till date.
