I was working with Cognizant Bangalore as a Senior Associate from 23rd September 2022- 22nd February 2023.
It's been almost a month since my last working day and I have still not received my RAL/ reliving letter and Full and Final settlement.
I was already informed on February 25th that my corporate security clearance was completed and I was confirmed on March 1st week that my IT clearance was approved.I have all the confirmations over email and I can provide the same.
Inspite of that I haven't received my RAL reliving letter and Full and final settlement.
I have been trying to reach out to them on the respective email IDs constantly from the last 3 weeks but they have not provided any help. They keep going around in circles asking for more information even though all my clearances were approved and confirmed by them over email.
I require my reliving letter on an urgent basis and also my full and final settlement.
It is very disappointing to see that the separation process for such a big company is so incompetent and unresponsive.
I would really appreciate if you could help me follow up with them.
I tried to reach out to everyone possible and since I didn't get any help or solution yet, I am choosing this forum.
