Cognizant — revoke resignation

As per cognizant policy employer ensure to employee if associate resign their job due some personal circumstances he/she can withdraw or revoke their resignations.

I put down resignation on feb 29th and my last date is apr 28th. As i said i resign on feb 29th through 1c portal later three days i went through severe appendix surgery. Immediately i called my tl he was in party he didn't lift my calls later i dropped him a message i'm going to admit in hospital due to appendix surgery and tomorrow is my surgery. He replied me in text forward your medical documents initially i forward my ultra sound report. Later one week my tl messaged me did you submit time sheet. I just came home on that discharged from hospital. No superiors ask even whether i'm alive or not. No humanity no basic ethics. When will report to office i said 20 days. He told why 20 days doctor referenced me for one month complete rest i know about my condition. Then, he told forward your medical reports.

Mar 18th i got a call from hr team due to covid instructions maintain social distancing and all. Hr asked me how are you? I told i went through appendix surgery my health is not good i can't ensure particular date allow me to remove my stitches first i will let you know date. I requested to move me in other project. Hr told if you extend your notice period will try and hr told drop me a mail. I dropped a mail stating clearly as per discussion please extend my notice period if i feel good to do daily activities i will revoke my resignation. No response from hr and my superiors. Again i dropped a mail stating i would like to revoke my resignation guide me for further formalities. No response.

When i tried to withdraw through navigator app getting pop up message. You are not authorized for this component. For correction and updates contact to your superiors. I raised gsd got same resolution reach out to hr-tm. When i called hr - tm. Hr told system is disabled right now then i asked who can sort out my issue. Hr told your tl and manager wants to take back you then i can do. Immediately i called my manager hr is telling you can do it from your side. I requested please look into this and do the needful. Manager told will see don't worry. Then later couples of days i dropped a mail for status. Both manager and hr replied policies and guidelines changed. "associates didn't not get any update or mail regarding policies and guidelines are changed", how can we know policies are changed. I escalated this sr hr team they told will look into this and will help you out now after couple of days they are telling my bad time you got surgery lock down policies changed without informing to associates policies changed then who i'm. I'm part of cognizant. When i resign no body took one on one neither my superior nor my hr. Even thy didn't accept my resignation.

After lock down many associates revoke their resignations on last working day. When i'm requesting from past 20 days they are telling it is not possible now. Initially hr only told drop a mail will look into your request. Now they are changing words. This is totally discrimination and illegal act on employee. Always doing favoritism in between employees. Everybody love their jobs and most of the people's financial daily life's depends on that. I'm asking my right and when i resign the policies are different and when i'm hospitalized with out informing to any associates policies are changed. Is this fair or unfair. Please help me out in this issue and i hope i will get a positive response.

There are many incidents happen two months back in other project. One employee got relieving letter after revoking resignation on last day. But still they manage they re board to that associates after 1 week on same credentials. That associates credentials got blocked from client side even that thing also they manage. Here still i'm working but for me it is not possible. This discrimination is happening from first day. For job security we always have to shut our mouth.

Situations are going very bad and unfair in my career. Please help me out and do the needful.
