Cognizant Technology Solutions — Download of Relieving Letter

Hi, myself Anju Kumari, an ex-employee of cognizant, employee id-873943, had not recieved my relieving letter from the company after the full and final process and I require the same uregently.So kindly resolve my issue.Also I have no access to Alwayscognizant portal from where the same can be downloded.
