Cognizant Technology Solutions — FFS and relieving letter not received

I am alumni of Cognizant and I was couriered the asset (LATIN430641) on 14th Jan 2023 by Cognizant to my home location via Amazon and I was using the same for my office work.
On my last working day with Cognizant that was on 23rd Nov 2023, when I went to return the asset to the Kolkata ITP facility, I was notified that the asset (LATIN430641) was not tagged on my name and the asset (LTIN431480) was actually mapped on my name .
However, I was instructed by the AssetManagement team to mail the concerned team like ITClearance and AssetRecovery teams with the issue .Finally I was mailed with a Request no (RITM2283138) from the Asset Management and asked me to submit the asset against the provided request no which would resolve the issue.
Subsequently the CIS Service Delivery team at Kolkata ITP location submitted the asset (LATIN430641) which I was delivered to me and I was using and sent me the acknowledgment mail on receipt of the asset.

Now its been 43 days since my LWD and still the ITClearance team have not provided me clearance and sending me random mails each day asking the same question as to when I am returning the LTIN431480 which is tagged on my name .
I have provided them with all the details and the mail communications and even the courier box image, still its of no use and still they sending me unnecessary reminder mails asking "you have the asset LTIN431480 according to our vendor".
