Cognizant Technology Solutions — Not able to Login always Cognizant portal

My LWD was 1st of March at congizant. I completed the process of registration in always cognizant portal. but somehow my mobile microsoft authenticator app get reset and then after I am facing issue to login in always cognizant portal. While login in portal i didn't receive any security codes in authenticator app. I have send multiple mail to always cognizant team, but i didn't get any response form them.
