Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer letter not release

This is Debajyoti Maity. On 24th of Feb 2018 I gave Interview at CTS (Chennai) and went for 4 rounds of interview and in the final round my respective HR promised that they will release the offer within 2-3 weeks max. The day I am writing this message is 86 th day from the days of Interview. Every day I wait for the my offer. Till now I did not get any update. The job was so much important for me that somehow I traveled from bangalore to chennai in 1 day notice. My request to the concern person of CTS is that we wait with lot of hope after hardworking, please give some priority and release the offer kindly. Here is the details of my Interview:
