[Resolved]  Cognizant Technology Solutions — Offer letter not released

I appeared for interview on 16- dec-2017 at pune location for msbi technology. After two rounds of technical and managerial interview in hr round after discusion about package and location i have been told that i will receive offer letter within a week.

But still there is no offer letter from them. Company like such a stature having worst recruitment process... Unbelievable.

Anyone can suggest how and whome to approach next?

Same date i attended interview in Bangalore ...still offer letter is not released for me.

could you please suggest i[censored] have carried out any steps to receive the offer letter.

I would suggest you to send email regarding the issue to [protected]@cognizant.com I did the same, they raised a ticket regarding the issue and got it resolved in 2 weeks..

Thank you for the suggestion..have got a ticket number generated now...lets see how it goes from here...

No response yet... by the way when did u gave the interview for which technology n location...and do u have name of SPOC?

I had attended on 14th May for SAP Testing in Bangalore and cleared technical round. Also received welcome email from cognizant on the same day and requested to share my documents (prev. company offer letter, payslips, photo) for HR discussion. I shared all the docs. After that, no response.

I sent a couple emails, but no response..

My Name is rajerndran.July 31th Attended Interview in CTS, Navalur and cleared two rounds after that They gave me one form as I filled up that and given to them then they said HR will call me on Monday but I did not get any call form them but I got a career link for uploading Photo as I uploaded it, after that I did not get any information.which means I can get offer or not

I have attended interview on 04th Nov 2017 at CTS(Hyd) for Oracle PL/SQL Developer skill and i have cleared all rounds and HR discussion completed on same day itself. HR informed me you will received offer letter in couple of days.

After few weeks (16th Nov 2017) i received mail from Chennai HR Team, to submit documents . i have provided those documents on same day.

After that i haven't received any update. even i sent couple of mails. No response.

anyone please let me know if will get offer letter r not ?

@ Anil - Have you received your offer letter?

I attended on 24th feb 2018 and yet to receive offer letter. And I know people who never received offer from cognizant. So Wait for a max of 3 weeks and move on.
This is not just the case of cognizant. The only way to follow-up is to get the employee ID or mail ID of the HR during. Mail him and wait for his reply indefinitely (Nothing much can be done)

Last Saturday ie mar 3 2018 I attended Selenium automation testing interview in CTS Chennai and HR told like please wait in chennai itself and you may need to visit again in weekdays. After that I got an Email from Cognizant portal as below (photo upload email). So what would be the next step? Do I need to attend any more technical round or only HR round is remaining? Basically what would be the next step? Please advise..

I attended my interview last saturday(10th March) at CTS kandanchavadi, Chennai. Cleared all rounds and even the salary package and my designation was discussed. I have received an email yesterday(12th March) from Talent acquisition team to upload my photo(I have done this earlier even before the interview). Not sure if I will receive the offer. Anyone who attended on the same day got offer?
