Cognizant Technology Solutions — Regarding bot call/message

I have received a bot call 2 weeks back.
Told everything about what it asked for because i have been referred for a role and after 2 weeks it said it didn't get what i told,
If so there's a high chance of losing opportunity fron Cognizant Technology Solutions.

So got a message yesterday that it didn't record properly and would like to know about my details through what's app or assistant call, i selected for what's app chat
It just introduced itself in it and didn't ask me anything.
I would love if it ask's me the details or o want a assistant call, cause i don't want to lose an opportunity.

The message went like this
