I was made to resign from Cognizant and was told that I would get the service letter and notice pay, I served my LWD on 31/03/2023, and have the resignation acceptance letter too.

But now Exithelpdesk is saying I'm not eligible for service letter. How can they lie plainly when making employees resign? I really need the experience letter. Please help me with this.

I have submitted my assets and ID card everything to cognizant and acknowledgment. But it has not been processed yet on cognizant side and I have been trying to reach the respective POC's and toll free number. I m Sudharshini ex employee of cognizant technology solutions(emp id-684473). I have a concern regarding my UAN no. Which has not linked with aadhar number, because of that I couldn't able to login in UAN portal nor the company which I need to onboard could able to process. Pop up is like" UAN is not linked with aadhar only previous employer can able to link aadhar".

Got response from exithelpdesk team they tried to link as my name is different as per UAN and aadhar, they sent a joint declaration form that need to send by employer and employee for update UAN and link aadhar to EPFO office.

As guided by exithelpdesk team have sent joint declaration forms along with proofs hard copy for UAN aadhar link to TCO cognizant, thoraipakkam and it is received by TCO office with stamp and signature. Please update the status whether the documents received to EPFO office and how to track further.

No response from later did they process to EPFO office or not

Hi Team,

This is a kind request regarding the status of my offer letter. I had been interviewed for the Job Profile of Cognizant's Phase 2 - Campus Hiring 2023- GenC & GenC Elevate - North on 29.09.2023. Later on, I got a mail that I have been selected for the role of GenC profile on 29.10.2023.
On 25.11.2023, I received a Letter of Intent from Cognizant which I accepted. But till now I haven’t received my offer letter.

I know this is an issue prevailing is many companies but I wanted to point it out. Cognizant Technology Solutions is deducting both Employer’s as well as Employee’s share of Provident Fund from my salary itself.

In my company portal, I see that my gross compensation is Rs 20000 and after PF and ESI deduction I was supposed to receive Rs 17690 as net salary in hand each month. But in my salary payslip, they input Rs 17690...

I have received a bot call 2 weeks back.
Told everything about what it asked for because i have been referred for a role and after 2 weeks it said it didn't get what i told,
If so there's a high chance of losing opportunity fron Cognizant Technology Solutions.

So got a message yesterday that it didn't record properly and would like to know about my details through what's app or assistant call, i selected for...

I didn't resign from the company, but forcefully and illegally blocked my email and other services. on 20th Mar 2023. I got harassed many times by manager whenever getting new project or in current project. There is code of conduct and compliance in company, but working culture is against the compliance of the company. some of the senior employee along with HR targeting the such employee like me.
I am looking for the justice now.

My LWD was 1st of March at congizant. I completed the process of registration in always cognizant portal. but somehow my mobile microsoft authenticator app get reset and then after I am facing issue to login in always cognizant portal. While login in portal i didn't receive any security codes in authenticator app. I have send multiple mail to always cognizant team, but i didn't get any response form them....
