Has this problem been resolved from your end? I have been facing the same issue, need an update on how to resolve this? No Update from Cognizant side.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Please can u tell me how to resolve this problem because am also getting same
