I have got an offer via college now that I have to accept the job offer through the respected link sent by cognizant for past two days its showing that "Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in. AADSTS90072: User account '[protected]@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first.
