Cognizant — Unable to login to one cognizant portal

Have got an offer via college now that I have to accept the job offer through the respected link sent by cognizant
for past six days its showing that
"Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

was this rectified? I am also facing the same issue.
I am also facing this issue. If it is rectified kindly let me know what should I do to resolve this. I have sent umpteen mail to my recruiter and 1Conbairding-help team also but nothing helps. Kindly someone look into this issue

Have you got any update on this error ? Please suggest.
You have to Log out from your Cognizant mail id and sign in with your personal mail id. All your bgvs and onboarding will happen with your personal mail id.
