This coindcx staff are very very careless after giving so many complaint and sending mail upto 20 to 22 mail they are not returning my money as of now today is 25 th every time they send the return mail our techinical team is working on this even I marked cc to neeraj co founder of coin dcx kiran kumar gundala
Horrible customer support, there’s no one who can assist you directly, you definitely shouldn’t be wasting your time on any of this app.I funded my account with them and after purchasing bitcoin worth $5700 they put my account on hold. Don’t use this, there’s no help, from their customer support. I got back my money, with assistance from a better company they got all my money back. It’s also wise to trade with Mrs Doris
