Hi,
This is deepika. i have booked a private room in colive 504 garnet, Gachibowli, Hyderabad through agent name-Mikesh and his mobile number-[protected].
He reserved a room and asked me to do a payment on colive link and i did payment of 1999. On 3rd aug 2022 but its been 1 day till now nothing got displayed in colive app about my booking and i asked him cancell it because nothing is displayed to me he said he canceled but nothing got refunded to me and nothing is displyed in app. He didn't gave me any proof eventhough i asked him many times. I have been in touch with other agent wjose namebl is chinna kesava. He also did nothing.

The response from agents is very bad. I want me money back. Because this is really inconvenience for me i payed amount and i got nothing.

Please Consider this on high priority.

    I had stayed in below Colive property from 6th May 2022 to 31st June 2022 :

    As agreed with their Sales Manager(Keshav), I had made payments of Security Deposit : INR 13000 and monthly rental : INR 11000 excluding the electricity charges.

    Colive sent me a mail demanding me to pay them 13, 000₹ or they will take legal action.
    I checked on my colive account and I did not find any dues pending.
    I tried asking colive for the deposit I had paid of 8, 000₹ they did not respond.
    I am trying to get in touch with them but they are not responding.

      I am new customer and I have paid my advance for room booking which is Rs. 1999. In the whole process I was assisted by Mr.
      Ramjit Bhagya and his mobile number [protected] (Representative).When I later asked that the current property is far from my office and I wanted a transfer and he denied me along with that he said I won't get a transfer as it would impact his target. He also confronted that he won't transfer me to another P.G. Post the humiliation he has stopped answering my phone and responding to my requests. I request the management to look into this issue and help me getting a transfer. I am also adding the phone number of the representative. Please take necessary action.

        Hello, i am one of your resident at colive tornio, I have been having issues with your services, I want you to go through the area manager and the property manager of the property i have stayed i.e. Colive tornio (s.g palya). One of the issues i have is the settlement of deposit there has been a mistake from the property manager that he has not updated the rent and electricity bill which was paid beforehand. since I left(June), i have tried to contact manager multiple times to enquire about refund for which there was no response and now on 15th July i received a mail saying that the rent and electricity bill was not paid i tried contacting manager to enquire regarding this issue but manager said he left that property and gave me the current managers number and i spoke to current manager he is trying to resolve this issue but he doesn't seem to proceed anywhere. Yesterday (23 July) i received another mail of legal notice saying I am at fault, so i kindly request you to resolve this issue and get in touch with me

          I vacated Colive in Doddanekundi, Bangalore on May 31st 2022. According to the policy I was to receive my refund of security deposit on June 15th but it was delayed a bit and I received it later but as amount in my colive passbook as DYD offer. I opted out of the DYD offer right away and was supposed to get the amount in my bank account in 30 days. It's been over 30 days and I haven't received anything from colive....

          The sales people forced me to book asap by paying the token amount and post that there is no confirmation from Colive's side.
          I tried contacting them on the number given on the website where one of the customer support exec hung up on me. Then I called again, next one didn't help either but gave me mail id [protected]@colive.com for complaints. When I mailed them I got an automatic reply that they've moved ticketing to whatsapp. I nudged them on whatsapp and the agent I was talking to didn't resolve it either and closed the ticket. Now I have raised it again but there's absolutely no update from their side and looks like it's waste of money and time. Please don't pre-pay anything online.

            I have been taken a room in Colive Fortworth, electronic city, Bangalore from 1st April to 6th May 2022. My rent was 5555 per month and security deposit was 5k. I was told that I should only give rent for 6 days of May by Colive salesman. For April I paid total of 10, 185 in which 1k was advance and rest 9185 I paid one day before check-in. For May I again paid 6028 as rent as they told they will refund me rest amount with deposit since i am only there for 6 days of May. Also for while making payment for May there was 500rs in wallet, but first transaction got failed and that 500 didn't get refunded. I raise a complaint at that time with ref number and they said it will get adjusted in next month which didn't happen. I have waited till Jun 15th and i got a mail from Colive saying that I should pay extra 1.5k as separation charges. I raised a service request in Colive app with all the receipts from Colive, Rental agreement and all details but still they say that I only paid 10, 185 total. I have been calling the salesman for long and they are not picking up the phone. I am fed up of this Colive and even though I can forgo the rent amount I paid for May, I still need to get the Security Deposit amount I paid.

              After vacating the property, they are not giving our Rs.18k deposit which we paid during the check-in time.
              Now they are just unnecessary giving us vague reasons.
              They promised lots of things during the check-in time, but once we moved there was nothing.
              The salesperson with their manager Mr.Saba and Management cheated us and now after giving a 30 days notice period, they are still not giving back our deposit. We have been promised different rooms and told each room would have a fridge and washing machine, even have to wait 20 days for Internet, but nothing was done, even the room was not cleaned.

              Now they have sent a mail like we have not informed, as per the rule we have marked the notice period in their application, and now received a threatening mail saying you need to pay the fine of an additional 5k.

              They are cheating the people like anything with false promises and after vacating not even paying back the deposit.
              They will hide all the terms and conditions from the customers and later will use that as a weapon against us.

              Kindly request to help us in this regard. It's our hard-earned money, some coorporates are just killing us doing illegal business.

                  I was a tenant at Colive Golden Square 306 in Chennai from May 16, 2022 to June 16, 2022.
                  I had made all outstanding payments before moving out and as per the terms I expected to receive my security deposit by 15th of July.
                  However, instead of receiving the deposit, I received an email stating that my deposit has been retained under their "Double Your Deposit" (DYD) scheme. Without my consent, my deposit has been retained by Colive for a scheme I never opted for.
                  They mention in the email that I have to fill out a 'cancellation form' to opt-out of the DYD plan and my deposit will be refunded to my bank account. And of course, they give no information about this form like where it can be found, accessed, filled and submitted.
                  There has to be some violation of laws by Colive because they did not inform me about this DYD policy and I did not opt for it either.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have joined co-live with my wife in May 2022 after paying May month rent 22000 and advance 24500. Colive person said this advance amount 24500 will be refunded back once we checkout.

                    I payed Jun month rent 22000 and stayed till Jun 24. Due to medical reason, we got to checkout the property on the same date. We have intimated the property manager regarding our checkout on Jun 30 2022.

                    We thought since our advance is already on Colive we did not expect an additional due amount 18000 from colive recovery team.

                    This amount is also baseless with 15000 electricity bill for one month and 5500 seperation charges. I don't know for what they are charging seperation charges. I myself has shifted whole luggage and cleaned the premises before vacating.

                    Please take action.

                      I had booked a single sharing room in St Paul by paying 1999 rupees through your sales guy Ashutosh. He hasn't been responding to our calls and messages. I haven't received any booking confirmation. I called customer care yesterday and a lady named Pratibha contacted me. I explained my situation to her. She said she would speak to ashutosh. And she told me that it is fully booked in St paul. And after speaking to Ashutosh she told me that colive has received my payment but registration was not done and also that Ashutosh has reserved a room. But later she calls and says that St Paul is full and there is another apartment of Colive near Green Glen Layout which costs 14k rent and 3000 deposit. But I told her that I was promised St Paul and I wanted that itself. She also disappeared after that. Meanwhile I tried calling Ashutosh from my friend's number and he picked the call but when he found out that it was me he made excuses saying he couldn't hear and he cut the call. Another guy calls up in the evening and says that he would be taking over for Ashutosh since he was on a sick leave. Same things were explained and he said he would get back to us tomorrow. Today he is saying that there is only one room available in Kadubeesanahalli which has rent of 21k. When my friend tried arguing with him he spoke to us extremely rudely and cut the call and also blocked the number. Now this pratibha called and told us that to book another property which is present in green glen layout we have to pay again 3k and that 2k which we paid before will be adjusted with the rent.
                      What is the guarantee that I will not be scammed again? I do not want to go through this harassment with colive.
                      I want a refund back. Since our booking itself was not done. And I have had my worst experience with Colive. Please ensure that you guys dont scam people like this.
                      I would like my refund as soon as possible.

                        It was agreed that the security deposit would be refunded in the customer's bank account given. But they now say- "security deposit retained under DYD offer." This was without my consent. They now say it will be added to my colive credit. I want my money, not stupid colive points.

                          Hi,
                          I vacated colive in 2022 may end..At the time of joining colive they mentioned that all deposit will be refunded and did not tl about any charges that will be deducted from the deposit at the time of vacating and assured us that all deposit will be refunded.
                          No deposit is refunded and all has been deducted.
                          Also checkout date mentioned on the deposit email is also incorrect.We vacated at may end but checkout date mentioned is june 2022

                                This is not a single complaint.
                                Everyone who has got a place/ room from Colive is Unsatisfied with their service.
                                The Sales team while selling us the place tell all huge things about Colive but after joining it we get to know that these guys do not provide basic amenities
                                We are trying to close the Colive account they are not providing us the Deposit back.
                                They have taken 10k each from all o[censored]s and are not giving us the money back.

                                  Hello I booked a single room pg on colive and my check in was on July 3rd. I went there on July 3rd and the room was not as promised and I didn't stay there and I have been asking them for a refund and none of them was responding. I have payed almost 14000 for nothing.

                                    I had given a total amount of 19000/- as security deposit to colive which is not yet refunded even after 6 months.
                                    Even more my rent was increased by 3000/- in just 2 months, when questioned I was asked to leave the property for the same month and there will not be any deductions from the deposit on doing the same. After leaving the property my security deposit is not yet refunded as well as I am asked to pay an extra amount of 6200/-.
