I stayed there for one month with my friend. One bed was broken in that room we raised a ticket but it was not resolved. We made the complete payment but service was worst. Then they said that we will get the refund by 15th but even no update about refund. Tried calling the property manager and the billing team but they all are too busy that they can’t resolve the issue. Tried calling the customer support number and the chat team but no response from them also. The worst service I ever experienced

    I started my stay in colive from September, 2021. It been 3 months and I have paid all my rent on time. I have vacated last month after serving one month notice period. I have paid a security deposit of 28, 000 which is 2 months of rent. In the statement of security deposit refund, there are making a scam in the name of DYD offer which is basically double your deposit by which they don't return 10, 000 rupees and instead they say they will put it in colive account. If we don't opt for this, we have to additionally wait for 30 days for the money to be returned. These fraudsters does this without even my consent and makes us wait for a pretty long while to get our deposit back. Next, I have paid electricity charges for all months except November (one month). But they have mentioned 1800 rupees for two months of electricity charges. Next, they charge 3500 as separation charges which we are not given any proper explanation. Next, they have charged 3200 as repair and maintenance which has nothing to do as I left the house in perfect condition and they don't give any proper explanation for what these charges are.

      I booked the property Colive Gardenia 2 - Room No. 205 and checked-in on 5th of December. Before Checking in, I reached out to the property manager on 4th December to make sure the room was cleaned, all the taps were working, electrical fittings were there etc.

      However, when I checked in, I was very disappointed at the condition of the flat which were as follows:
      1. Ants & Insects were roaming all around.
      2. Walls having stains.
      3. Dust accumulated near the windows, corners and on a lot of other places.
      4. Taps (Washroom Faucets, Showers, sink taps etc.) not working.
      5. Electrical fittings missing (crucially no lights in the washroom)
      6. Torn wallpapers.
      7. Dirty floors.
      8. The property video shared by the sales person is different from the room allotted.
      9. Wifi not working.
      10. TV not working.
      11. Cupboard is unstable.
      12. Amenity of fitness room not present as promised in the app / website.
      13. The bedsheets seemed unclean.

          Address: Colive Highland PG, Ejipura, Koramangala

          I an my bf moved in to Colive dublin last week. But it turned out to be boys PG. Then i was shifted to Colive Highland Pg in ejipura which has no food facility. I have actually paid 15k for a whole room including food. Now i want to confirm the rent of new PG orelse move in another pg where there is atleast dinner facility. But, when i call sales person or the billing team, they neither pick the calls nor answer to the whatsapp messages. It's been completely 4 days of such an ignorance. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

            Colive has sent an settlement email after vacating the property. Securiry deposit has not been refunded yet.
            Colive has put 10k in colive wallet, which I will most certainly be not using it. They have mentioned to send email to deactivate wallet offer, I have done that. No response from colive.
            I had mistakenly paid 10000rs extra as well the previous month, colive is not responding to those queries. Attached all proof.

              I haven't received my security refund even after 90 days. I vacated the Colive Garnet 504 property with my friend on 29th August 2021 and haven't yet received any refund. In their service request I always get that they are processing it and will be credited asap.

                I checked out of Colive Garnet, Hyderbad on 30th Oct.

                I had raised a notice period over their customer care service since their ios app doesn't work at all when I tried to do it myself.

                I was told by the property manager and customer service that I will be receiving my refund after the 15th of the month.

                Now I received an email saying to pay an extra 7k which is in no way legal. ( 4k electricity bill which I have already paid and more things.)

                I need my deposit back as promised.

                  I booked my stay for Colive Rosemary, HSR layout Bengaluru for the month of October under the name Tanya Purusnani. My money amounting to INR 7000 has been debited twice which makes it INR14000. There is no designated person to whom you can escalate anykind of complain and no one ever answers the call. The hygiene standards are very disgusting and no one is there to listen to anything. seeing all the complains on the site, I dont think my deposit money will be refunded. I would like to takr strict action against this and would want someone to take this as a serious matter as there are number of people who have not received their money back.

                    I was supposed to recieve the security deposit money within 30working days but its been more than 45 working days, still didnt get that amount.I have contacted customer care, they tell I will recieve it shortly. Seriously this is not acceptable. They put interest if we pay rent one day late also. Now they are not refunding my 10780.

                      I moved into Colive Hackensack on May 1, 2021 and vaccated on August 30th 2021. I paid a initial security deposit of 13500 rupees through their app. It has been nearly 2 months since I vaccated the property but I'm yet to receive the refund of the security deposit. They are not replying to my whatsapp or Facebook messages and are not attending my calls. Their Facebook page is filled with multiple complaints of people not receiving their security deposit back. They have cheated hundreds of people in a similar way.

                        It's been a year and half that we vacated Colive center point Marathahalli till now we haven't received our deposit amount back, while joining Colive people said they will not deduct any money apart from some minimal charges for maintenance which is something around 2 to 3k. Even I took the images while joining and while leaving to make sure that we have not damaged any existing infrastructure. We joined 2nd January 2020 and vacated May 23rd 2020. While joining your sales team convinced with the fake promises which never fulfilled. From the day one we have faced lot of issues. We took complete 3bhk flat for 5 people and informed the same to sales team, sales team agreed too for that and asked to create 2 different accounts for payment. And the deposit amount is 60k and we paid 30 k initially. The first day we saw only 2 beds were allotted and from there our struggle started no internet facility for all the members and no beds, no pillows, bath rooms were not properly cleaned. Before Joining we visited the room and informed the required to sales person and he said on the day one Colive will provide all the stuff which never done. Even I have put my own Led bulbs in the flat only tube lights were there. almost it took 2 months just to get complete beds for us and internet we got after 3 months for all the people. And while joining you people promised that we will get our deposit amount back after 30 days once we vacate, till now we did not receive anything back. On top of that some of your team members starts threatening over calls and directly too when we asked to resolve issues. If I am not getting proper response I will go ahead and post the same in all the social media channels. The good thing we have done is we didn't signed your beautiful terms and conditions.

                          From last 4 months my deposit is not refunded. more than 5 tome raise complaints. Gave pandemic reason. We are also living in pandemic situation, working women. I lelf room on month of May 2021. and am still not received my deposit. Please take action ASAP.

                            I didn't receive my deposite amount of Rs 6000. There is a lot of delay its been more than 4 months and they are not providing clear details regarding the same. I have raised more than 50 complaints regarding the same in colive application. But the responses are very vague. They are doing big scam. Lot of people have lost their money and when we try to contact them they are not responding or they will block us.

                                I joined colive on 15 July after joining
                                They asking for lots of hidden charges. After payment also they are not clear my due. From day it's showing due on my account. I contacted to sales guy that lier he is also not responding then I requested to property manager sunil.. He was saying don't worry I will clear the due.. After vacating it's showing over due on me... They are no response from colive team after sending screen shot. Even they didn't allow to read agreement, they will tell I will send soft copy but when u vacated they they will explain about term and conditions... They plain very well how to trap new people. And the worst part is m pregnant with 5 month and I trusted these colive and trust me I faced lost of trouble and food issue. They suck all my money. And now returning nothing. Please think before joining colive, specially colive winster. You people never grow in ur life they way u cheating innocent people. Here m attaching screen short. Be careful

                                  Colive properties have cut DYD amount with out prior customer approval, which they tell will be useful when you use colive properties next time. This feature have an opt-out option by which colive will pay you back the DYD amount with 30 days. But my DYD amount is not refunded till date!!! I left the property on March 2021

                                    I moved out on 31st March 2021. I was supposed to get a security deposit in the next 30 working days. I still have not received an amount from them and it's already been 4 months.

                                    So before making your mind think first. Never prefer Colive. It's very unprofessional.

                                      I stayed in CoLIve till Feb 2021 and they refunded the deposit partially.

                                      However it has been 4 months now and have not processed the cancelled DYD refund of amount 10000. I have raised multiple request to refund and they haven't refunded till date.

I was not living in colive for past one months before I had vacated due to the lockdown in chennai due to emergency. I was staying temporarily in some other place. I wanted to go back to colive but one of my room mate had COVID. They did not provide me any other place to stay when went to the PG. I has to leave from their and stay at some place which costed me hefty price. My luggage...
