I booked the property Colive Gardenia 2 - Room No. 205 and checked-in on 5th of December. Before Checking in, I reached out to the property manager on 4th December to make sure the room was cleaned, all the taps were working, electrical fittings were there etc.
However, when I checked in, I was very disappointed at the condition of the flat which were as follows:
1. Ants & Insects were roaming all around.
2. Walls having stains.
3. Dust accumulated near the windows, corners and on a lot of other places.
4. Taps (Washroom Faucets, Showers, sink taps etc.) not working.
5. Electrical fittings missing (crucially no lights in the washroom)
6. Torn wallpapers.
7. Dirty floors.
8. The property video shared by the sales person is different from the room allotted.
9. Wifi not working.
10. TV not working.
11. Cupboard is unstable.
12. Amenity of fitness room not present as promised in the app / website.
13. The bedsheets seemed unclean.
Colive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
