I moved into Colive Hackensack on May 1, 2021 and vaccated on August 30th 2021. I paid a initial security deposit of 13500 rupees through their app. It has been nearly 2 months since I vaccated the property but I'm yet to receive the refund of the security deposit. They are not replying to my whatsapp or Facebook messages and are not attending my calls. Their Facebook page is filled with multiple complaints of people not receiving their security deposit back. They have cheated hundreds of people in a similar way.

    It's been a year and half that we vacated Colive center point Marathahalli till now we haven't received our deposit amount back, while joining Colive people said they will not deduct any money apart from some minimal charges for maintenance which is something around 2 to 3k. Even I took the images while joining and while leaving to make sure that we have not damaged any existing infrastructure. We joined 2nd January 2020 and vacated May 23rd 2020. While joining your sales team convinced with the fake promises which never fulfilled. From the day one we have faced lot of issues. We took complete 3bhk flat for 5 people and informed the same to sales team, sales team agreed too for that and asked to create 2 different accounts for payment. And the deposit amount is 60k and we paid 30 k initially. The first day we saw only 2 beds were allotted and from there our struggle started no internet facility for all the members and no beds, no pillows, bath rooms were not properly cleaned. Before Joining we visited the room and informed the required to sales person and he said on the day one Colive will provide all the stuff which never done. Even I have put my own Led bulbs in the flat only tube lights were there. almost it took 2 months just to get complete beds for us and internet we got after 3 months for all the people. And while joining you people promised that we will get our deposit amount back after 30 days once we vacate, till now we did not receive anything back. On top of that some of your team members starts threatening over calls and directly too when we asked to resolve issues. If I am not getting proper response I will go ahead and post the same in all the social media channels. The good thing we have done is we didn't signed your beautiful terms and conditions.

      Hi

      From last 4 months my deposit is not refunded. more than 5 tome raise complaints. Gave pandemic reason. We are also living in pandemic situation, working women. I lelf room on month of May 2021. and am still not received my deposit. Please take action ASAP.

        I didn't receive my deposite amount of Rs 6000. There is a lot of delay its been more than 4 months and they are not providing clear details regarding the same. I have raised more than 50 complaints regarding the same in colive application. But the responses are very vague. They are doing big scam. Lot of people have lost their money and when we try to contact them they are not responding or they will block us.

          I have been getting Legal Notice mails from Colive for paying the Dues which is complete Bogus, I have already checked in my colive account that i don't have any dues.

            I joined colive on 15 July after joining
            They asking for lots of hidden charges. After payment also they are not clear my due. From day it's showing due on my account. I contacted to sales guy that lier he is also not responding then I requested to property manager sunil.. He was saying don't worry I will clear the due.. After vacating it's showing over due on me... They are no response from colive team after sending screen shot. Even they didn't allow to read agreement, they will tell I will send soft copy but when u vacated they they will explain about term and conditions... They plain very well how to trap new people. And the worst part is m pregnant with 5 month and I trusted these colive and trust me I faced lost of trouble and food issue. They suck all my money. And now returning nothing. Please think before joining colive, specially colive winster. You people never grow in ur life they way u cheating innocent people. Here m attaching screen short. Be careful

              Colive properties have cut DYD amount with out prior customer approval, which they tell will be useful when you use colive properties next time. This feature have an opt-out option by which colive will pay you back the DYD amount with 30 days. But my DYD amount is not refunded till date!!! I left the property on March 2021

                I moved out on 31st March 2021. I was supposed to get a security deposit in the next 30 working days. I still have not received an amount from them and it's already been 4 months.

                So before making your mind think first. Never prefer Colive. It's very unprofessional.

                  I stayed in CoLIve till Feb 2021 and they refunded the deposit partially.

                  However it has been 4 months now and have not processed the cancelled DYD refund of amount 10000. I have raised multiple request to refund and they haven't refunded till date.

I was staying temporarily in some other place. I wanted to go back to colive but one of my room mate had COVID. They did not provide me any other place to stay when went to the PG.                     I stayed at Colive Garnet, Hyderabad from March to May ( vacated on 29th May with 1 month prior notice). My security deposit amount of Rs 10000 was transferred to DYD offer, which I requested them and cancelled that offer on 16 th June. It has been more than 2 months and still I didn't get the refund of Rs 10000 back. I tried to contact them, by calls, via app and mails, no one responded. My Manager was Gowtham and he too was not responding. Kindly help me getting back my refund.

                        This company is a fraud and has fake customer support. Company like this is threat to the society they take money and bookimg for property they dont even have sometimes. And when you try to talk to their customer support they will say they are a third party and has nothing to do with colive.

                          Hey charge extra fair they add 8000rupayes fine for 1 month rent due .
                          And before a week h paid all rent and fine but I didn't received any payment slip or invoice, I'm call many times colive team they don't respond .

                            I have joined colive in feb 2021. Initally the people were so good. The sales people helped me a lot in getting throught the procedure. Food and facilities were food for the rent which i paied. But suddenly additional charges were applied and each month extra 500 will be added to the rent bill. But that was fine. And i vacated the property on 31st of may 2021. I had also completed my notice period as it was mandatory. I didn't get any mail or notification regarding the security deposit. The only mail i received was to rate the company. Then i tried calling sails guy who hepled me at first but he blocked me and when i tried from other number he switched off his phone. There is no active customer service. And also they will only reply in the review box asking us to wait and they are looking into our complaint. But now its been 3 months and i didn't et any updates or a proper reply. I eould like ro move legally against them. They are cheating and many people are falling for them . This is a serious concern.

                              My name is For singh Bhadoriya, I stayed in Colive Broadway - Sarjapur road near Wipro office in Room No. 103 for 3 months . Checked in on 25th Jan 2021 and checked out on 30th April 2021 .

                              In the beginning I paid the security deposit of Rs. 12000 and it was told that after you vacate you'll be receiving the deducted amount accordingly but till today i.e. 23 July 2021 I've not received it . I tried establishing contact over whatsapp and helpline number but no response received .

                              I request you to have a check on this and do the needful .

                              Looking forward to a quick and positive response from your side.

Firstly they have written in their policy that once the property is left out we can get the deposit amount by 15 days.                                   Despite giving a month's notice before vacating the premises, I have recieved a bill stating one month's rent to be paid. The rent till vacating was paid in full. Falsely charged for the month, and as a result, the security deposit is being denied.
