I stayed at Colive Garnet, Hyderabad from March to May ( vacated on 29th May with 1 month prior notice). My security deposit amount of Rs 10000 was transferred to DYD offer, which I requested them and cancelled that offer on 16 th June. It has been more than 2 months and still I didn't get the refund of Rs 10000 back. I tried to contact them, by calls, via app and mails, no one responded. My Manager was Gowtham and he too was not responding. Kindly help me getting back my refund.

    I am getting threating calls and no refund of deposit amount and they r asking to vacate immediately not behaving properly no good service and they r changing unnecessary charges.

      This company is a fraud and has fake customer support. Company like this is threat to the society they take money and bookimg for property they dont even have sometimes. And when you try to talk to their customer support they will say they are a third party and has nothing to do with colive.

      Please be aware.

        Hey charge extra fair they add 8000rupayes fine for 1 month rent due .
        And before a week h paid all rent and fine but I didn't received any payment slip or invoice, I'm call many times colive team they don't respond .

          I have joined colive in feb 2021. Initally the people were so good. The sales people helped me a lot in getting throught the procedure. Food and facilities were food for the rent which i paied. But suddenly additional charges were applied and each month extra 500 will be added to the rent bill. But that was fine. And i vacated the property on 31st of may 2021. I had also completed my notice period as it was mandatory. I didn't get any mail or notification regarding the security deposit. The only mail i received was to rate the company. Then i tried calling sails guy who hepled me at first but he blocked me and when i tried from other number he switched off his phone. There is no active customer service. And also they will only reply in the review box asking us to wait and they are looking into our complaint. But now its been 3 months and i didn't et any updates or a proper reply. I eould like ro move legally against them. They are cheating and many people are falling for them . This is a serious concern.

            Hello !

            My name is For singh Bhadoriya, I stayed in Colive Broadway - Sarjapur road near Wipro office in Room No. 103 for 3 months . Checked in on 25th Jan 2021 and checked out on 30th April 2021 .

            In the beginning I paid the security deposit of Rs. 12000 and it was told that after you vacate you'll be receiving the deducted amount accordingly but till today i.e. 23 July 2021 I've not received it . I tried establishing contact over whatsapp and helpline number but no response received .

            I request you to have a check on this and do the needful .

            Looking forward to a quick and positive response from your side.

              An amount of 10k was put on hold without prior consent from the customer in the name DYD offer. And it has been months since I opted out from the DYD offer but the amount 10k is not yet refunded.

                Hi,

                This is Shubham from Room No- 302 Colive 170 Marico. I left the property in the month of May and yet I am waiting for deposit amount to be received. Firstly they have written in their policy that once the property is left out we can get the deposit amount by 15 days. I waited then I came to know they have put my money in DYD offer without my making me aware. I opted out from DYD offer on May 20th and a representative told...

                Despite giving a month's notice before vacating the premises, I have recieved a bill stating one month's rent to be paid. The rent till vacating was paid in full. Falsely charged for the month, and as a result, the security deposit is being denied.

                  I used to be a Colive resident a year ago and still have you as one of the beneficiary in my HDFC bank account. I accidentally transferred INR 59, 000/- to COLIFE corp account yesterday night. The reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Request to reimburse the amount as this is purely accidental and un-intended.

                            My friend had vacated my flat in colive property Colive Magnum on 1st April 2021 and it been 2 months we have not received my refund amount. I am trying to reach the customer care however they are not responding .

                                I have vacated my room in March and till now I didn't receive my security deposit. When I tried to join these people didn't even allow me inside without paying the advance. But ow they are not sending my own amount. How can they cheat the customers so easily and not even give response.

                                  I was staying at Colive Ruby, now it almost 2 month I have vacated my room and I have not received my deposit. I moved to my hometown in July 2020 and almost after 9 month I gave notice prior 1 month to vacate the room(even in Pandemic paid whole rent and all unnecessary charges becoz there was no option for me to travel in that in pandemic period and move my stuff. When I went to vacate my room, my room was looking like earthquake came over there in that period, fully unhygienic, my most of the stuff was missing.

                                  When I asked Property manager, he misbehave with me and my dad.

                                    Hi, This is Abhinaya Teja Mobile Number: [protected]. I opted Colive on January 10th 2021 and vacated on April 10th 2021 and paid the amount as per the instructions by the Colive executive which is 14, 751 (i paid the rent in time for every month) they have considered and told me for extra 1 month to pay but now they are ignorant as saying that i should be paid for extra two Months and but i only stayed there for 4 months now im not receiving the refund and also they are asking me to pay me in return of 23k.I dont know what I have to do.Why should i pay in return . I need a detail explanation on the amount i literally paid 60k for 4 months. and i have all the recepits with me.

                                      Hi, Colive had an agreement that if I am going to leave the house, I would need to serve the notice period of one month. Due to emergency, I had to go back to hometown due to covid 19. But they added one month rent, electricity charges when I was not even living and other taxes and brought the outstanding to 54, 000k. They have my deposit of 18, 000 as well which i informed them I do not need it. But they are asking to pay 36k which is huge and waste of money from common citizens when we dont even live and pay for it. Not sure why the rent, taxes etc. Please help. They are threatening for legal action.
