Dear Team,
I Had stayed at colive central park, saidapet, chennai for 6to 7 months. Vacated the room on 16th Feb, while vacating I was told by billing that I wud get my deposit back in my savings acct within a months time.
Amounting to 15k.
Now on 15th mar i receive a mail from [protected]@colive mail; mentioning that my deposit has been transferred into some scheme "Double your Deposit" and will reflect in the app in 3 working days and hv an option of withdrawal. This withdrawal will be deposited in my acct after 30 working days...
In addition to this they hv deducted 2600 rs for Electrical consumption.
While i hv arthritis ao i dont use AC at all. 2600 is only for using 2 leds for 3hrs(8pm to 11pm) and a fan thru out the night. THIS IS WITHOUT ANY BILL.
1960rs for seperation charges..which is 25% of my rent amt. This is penalizing me for leaving their property. Upon my checking with their Chat expert..he/she says "these r cleaning and maintenance charges"
My query to this:
A) why would i pay cleaning charges for something i am not using.
B) I left the room as i got it.
My plea: kindly get me money refunded without any Spurious schemes(only for colive to earn interest) and without any deductions.

Updated by rahul03in Note: Their customer care is the worst. Dont takr calls.
Chats r closed without resorting to giving solution. Only thing they r concerned abt is closing the chat within TAT.
Mails again non-responsive.
Not even a single point of contact.
