Hi team,
I live in bangalore with colive properties. I pay ₹11000/- per month as a rent and i have asked them to send the details of the pan in order to submit tax returns. Since colive did not provide the details on time i have failed to submit the it returns for the entire amount. So i have sent an email to them stating that i will not pay the rent of the entire amount as it was your mistake.
I got a call today to pay the balance and they are threatening me that they will lock the property and they won’t allow me to stay there.

I stayed in Colive AECS layout, they charged 9500rs as advance. Its been 4 months, they have not return almost 5 months.
Also no response from colive team. they cheated me.
Can someone help how top proceed further.
